Our COVID Precautions

The health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority.

At Core Restore Physiotherapy we have always provided one-on-one appointments in a spacious atmosphere and our quality of care continues, as we have modified procedures within the clinic to ensure a safe environment for all.

Here are some of our infection control procedures:

Our clinic

  • Wrap-around Plexiglas at front desk

  • All treatments are provided in separate rooms or spaces (defined by a separating wall), to maximize physical distancing

  • All surfaces are wiped down including chairs, beds and high-touch areas

Sanitization

  • Complete and through treatment room cleaning between patients, including door handles, light switches and sanitizer wall pumps

  • Sanitizer in every room – including reception

  • Hospital grade cleaners approved by Health Canada

  • Scheduled cleaning every 2 hours: waiting room, shared surfaces throughout the clinic

Personal protective equipment

  • Masks for sale for patients

  • Our physiotherapists and staff wear PPE and adhere to strict infection control guidelines for hand-washing and hand-sanitizing

Clean hands policy

  • Our in-clinic “clean hands policy” includes frequent hand-cleansing (or sanitizing) before and after every patient treatment, after touching shared surfaces, and after cleaning or touching our faces

Contactless payment

  • Moneris machine is wiped down after every use

  • Contactless payment up to $250

Policies for patients attending physiotherapy at Core Restore

  • Masks are optional for all patients when entering the building and for the duration of their appointment

  • We encourage patients to sanitize their hands at the beginning of their appointment

Virtual appointments

We still offer virtual appointments so you can stay on track with your health and physiotherapy program.

We look forward to connecting with you, and helping you on your journey to better health.
