The McKenzie method focuses on using movement mechanics for assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and spinal disc pain. The McKenzie method uses repeated movements to correct and improve mechanics that reduce and eliminate low back pain and improve spinal function. Muscle Re-education and Rehabilitation
After injury or surgery, rebuilding muscle is imperative to movement and function.
